Delivery Regions

CresTime currently ships to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). We do not ship to other countries at this time.

Estimated Delivery Times

UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah & all Emirates) 2–4 business days 1–2 business days
KSA (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam & all cities) 2–5 business days 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, public holidays, or courier delays.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order total and delivery location. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check our current promotions at checkout.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or UAE/KSA public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. You can use this to monitor your shipment through the courier's website.

Customs & Import Duties

All orders shipped within the UAE and KSA are subject to local customs regulations. Any applicable customs duties or VAT are the responsibility of the customer. CresTime is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at crestime12@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
